Long story...

So on this project, we had a

heckler... he was the client's

janitor, who would stay with us

all day just to heckle us and

doubt our work.  Everything was

a problem... until one day...

out of the blue...he had a change of heart and became our best friend!   He started loving everything we did and even started bringing us lunch.  Moral of the story: We're not sure ... what do you think it is?
